Lizzy and Erica ran Saturday morning in easily the most
competitive Sectional in the State. 3 of the top 8 teams in the state are in KC
and the qualifying times coming out of KC were faster than any
other Sectional in the State. We were very proud of our Lady Panthers and
their performances Saturday. Erica finished 39th with a PR of 20:28 (over a
minute faster than her Sectional time from last year) and Lizzy toughed
out and finished her race while dealing with immense pain in her hip. The boys
qualified Gus Whitman and Tucker Melles, and we send them our fastest thoughts.
