June 16 Run the Good Race - try your hand on the hilliest 5K course in the country! 22 hills totaling 1,000 feet of uphill on a cross country course with a finish on woodchip trails around the peaceful campus of the Sanctuary of Hope, an interfaith retreat center located by I-70 & I-635 in Kansas City, KS (www.sanctuaryofhope.org) You can 'Do the Double' which is a popular option for people to do the cross country course at 7am followed by a road 5K course at 8am.
The Ward Parkway 4 on the 4th (www.enter2run.com ) is a new race on the 4th of July. Could be the PERFECT way to start your 4th of July!!

Sectional Results
Congratulations to the PHS ladies for their showing at the 2011 Class 4, Sectional 4 meet. This race is easily the fastest race of the season, and possibly the fastest races in the state, next to the actually State Meet. Congratulations, ladies!
